This (im)perfect pair of Salcombes belongs to our Seconds collection, which means we’re giving you a decent discount because they didn’t quite pass muster during production (though that’s mainly due to our sky-high quality standards!). They may have small defects or minor imperfections, such as marked nubuck, soles or laces, cracked laces or wrinkled insoles. But rest assured they’re still hot-to-trot and just as beautiful, durable, safe and functional as every other Fairfax & Favor product.When treating yourself to shoes from our Seconds collection, don’t forget that you can return them for a full refund or exchange within 28 days of receiving them (not within 180 days as for our standard returns policy). Simply send them back with full packaging and in the same condition you received them in and we’ll do the rest.

- Wrinkled or puckered leather.
- Glue spots on the leather, zip or sole.
- Colour inconsistencies on the sole and material.
- Stitching deviations along the zip, panels and read strap.
- Shorter gusset.
- Misaligned panels and/ or backstrap.
- Chalk and/ or Pencil Markings.
- Inconsistent sizing.
