• America: Free FedEx International delivery for orders over $250
• Canada: Free FedEx International delivery for orders over CAD$350

Should the international order not meet the value displayed above there will be a delivery charge of:

• America $25
• Canada CAD$35

We offer a worldwide ‘delivered duties paid’ service where possible, which means we will cover all duties required on international shipments. We may need to contact you if local import regulations require additional information. For example, for international shipments to businesses, we will require an EORI number and a PID for certain countries. Although all duties are covered, external charges such as GST, by example but others may be included, are not covered.

When receiving items shipped from the UK to the US via FedEx, you may be required to fill out the 5106 form to establish your importer record with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). This ensures that CBP has all necessary information to process and clear your shipment through customs efficiently.

If FedEx informs you that you need to complete the 5106 form, you can fill it out online or download the form from the CBP website. Additionally, our customer service team may reach out to you to complete the form if FedEx has contacted them regarding your shipment. They will provide you with the necessary instructions and support to ensure the form is properly submitted.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) requires a Social Security Number (SSN) to release certain shipments from customs. Providing your SSN helps verify your identity and ensures that your package can be processed and delivered without delays. Our customer service team or FedEx may contact you to provide this information securely if it is needed for your shipment.
