Key responsibilities include:

• Planning and executing in-store events
• Working with the stores and retail teams; creating gifting bags, guest lists, electronic and physical invitations, concept planning, and handling the Social Media Coverage
• Creating digital and printable asset curations such as posters, flyers, social media posts, and graphics
• Supporting the retail teams in social media - where necessary
• Working with the internal Social Media Team to communicate any potential internal plans, launches, and offers
• Arrange and manage all in-house store photography to keep useable images up-to-date and relevant for email marketing, eCommerce and social assets
• Working closely with the Company's Visual Merchandiser to assist them with critical timelines and executions of in-store visual merchandising and window schemes as when requested.

We are looking to grow our eCommerce Marketing Team, could it be you?! situated in the heart of the Norfolk Countryside, Fairfax and Favor are looking for a creative and driven individual to join the Fairfax and Favor Team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assist in planning, launching and managing paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, and Pinterest
• Monitor key performance metrics & provide data-driven insights to improve campaign effectiveness
• Conduct keyword search and audience segmentation to optimise targeting strategies for our consumers
• Work closely with designers and content creators to develop engaging ad creatives, including product images, videos, and copywriting
• Assist in A/B testing ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages to enhance performance
• Support the managing and tracking of Ad budgets
• Support re-targeting strategies to increase customer retention and lifetime value
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends in the fashion industry, competitor strategies, and platform algorithm changes.

Personal skills required:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience or strong interest in fashion eCommerce Marketing and digital advertising
• Basic familiarity with Ad platforms
• Understanding of online consumer behaviour in fashion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced, retail environment
• Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other eCommerce platforms
• Familiarity with Cava, Adobe Creative Suite
• Google Ads, or Meta Ads certification - desirable but not limiting
