Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming and serving customers to the concession on arrival in a courteous and professional manner
- ensuring their product enquiries and needs are met, providing product and information as required right through to completing the purchase.
- Ensuring the Concession space is always presentable, this will include cleaning, hoovering, polishing and rearranging/replacing product as necessary.
- Ensuring the stock room is kept clean, free of obstructions and in a tidy manner to ensure stock can be accessed and found easily, in line with the company’s health and safety policy.
- Ensuring all stock/product is looked after, repackaged and protected in the original box/packaging.
- Reporting any customer issues, complaints or problems to the Events Manager.
- Assisting in the safe delivery and check in of new stock and organising/placing stock into the stock room; upon request of the manager
- Delivering a personalised and thoughtful shopping experience to every customer, whether it’s their first time in-store or their millionth!
- Handling all and any customer information with care and discretion at all times in line with GDPR laws and regulations

PUBLIC RELATIONS (PR) ASSISTANT

The PR Assistant will support the delivery of PR, influencer, and affiliate activity, reporting to the PR Manager. This role suits someone organised, creative, and commercially minded, with a passion for luxury fashion and relationship building. Responsibilities include managing press and influencer relations, supporting affiliate partnerships and events, and creating engaging communications to enhance brand visibility across press, social, and digital channels.
Key responsibilities include:
- PR & Press - Support the delivery of Fairfax & Favor's PR strategy across fashion, lifestyle, and regional press.
- Draft and distribute press releases, media alerts and PR materials.
- Assist with pitching product launches, campaigns and seasonal stories to press contacts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with editors, journalists, stylists and media contacts.
- Coordinate press send-outs, sample requests and returns.
- Maintain and update press databases, coverage trackers and reporting documents.
- Monitor and report on PR coverage and campaign performance.
- Support the organisation and execution of press appointments, events and brand activations.

Represent the brand professionally at events, launches and industry appointments.
- Events & Brand Support - Support the planning and delivery of brand events, influencer experience, and PR activation.
- Assist with guest list management, event logistics and post-event follow-up.
- Provide on-site support at events when required.
- Support cross-functional collaboration with marketing, e-commerce and social teams to ensure aligned brand messaging.
- Assist with ad hoc administrative and operational tasks to support the smooth running of the PR department.
Personal skills required:
- Experience - Previous experience in PR, influencer marketing or affiliate marketing, ideally within fashion, luxury or lifestyle sectors.
- Experience drafting press releases and media materials.
- Understanding of influencer marketing and affiliate strategies.
- Familiarity with affiliate platforms such as AWIN and LTK.

SHOPIFY PRODUCT EXPERT - MATERNITY COVER

Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-End Product Creation: Own the full process of creating products in the system using Matrixify and Shopify admin. This includes gathering, chasing, and validating all necessary information from Merchandising, QC, and Marketing (sizing, care, materials, descriptions, features, pricing), covering technical, QC, sizing, care, and marketing-focused information that will be seen on the front end.
- Data Analysis for Product Launches: Create, analyse, and act on reports (e.g., from StoQ, Tagalyse, search analytics) to improve product content accuracy, discoverability, and launch processes. Provide actionable insights to relevant departments.
- System Configuration for Product Data: Create and manage the metafields and data structure in Shopify and the PIM (this is due in 2027) to ensure all product information (care, specs, features, copy) is stored correctly and can be displayed properly on the website.
- Sales & Content Planning: Work with Merchandising to plan and prepare all content, product pricing, and promotional setups for sales throughout the year.
- Content Strategy & Efficiency: Curate and repurpose existing content. Use AI tools and Automations to improve departmental efficiency in product content creation and product launches.
- Collection creation, revision, and reporting, working with tagalyse to improve conversion rates.
- Creation of product size & care guides. Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is required.
Personal skills required:
- Technical System Proficiency: Proficient in Shopify admin & metafields, Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, AI tools, PIM systems.
- Data-Driven & Analytical: Ability to create, interpret, and act on reports to improve product performance (CTR, CRV, AOV).
- Exceptional Project & Process Management: Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage the complex, multi-departmental product launch process from start to finish.
- Superb Communication & Detail: Excellent proofreading skills. Must be proactive in chasing information and spotting incorrect information.
- SEO & Digital Knowledge: Strong applied knowledge of SEO principles and best practices for product content.

With your office located in the heart of Norfolk, you'll resize, format product & studio photography & upload campaign assets, update web pages, and work with our Marketing Team to plan page layouts - making them live, correctly and timely.
Key responsibilities include:
- Product photography processing – resize studio/product images to brand guidelines using Photoshop.
- Campaign & Imagery Deployment – resize, format, correctly name, and upload all campaign assets for homepage, PLPs, and collection pages. Use Figma to mock up weekly homepage/ page layouts with guidance from the Marketing Manager.
- Web & App Content Updates – execute as and when/weekly CMS updates: homepage, collection cards, with promotional copy provided elsewhere.
- PLP Visual Management – maintain the 3-tile sheet in collaboration with the Product Specialist.
- Cross-functional Image Support – assist other teams with Photoshop tasks, image resizing, editing and digital asset requests as needed.
Personal skills required:
- Technical Execution – highly detail-oriented; proven ability to upload accurate web imagery on deadline.
- Tools – Photoshop/Adobe (essential), Figma (essential), Google Sheets (basic) Shopify Theme & Venn (helpful but can be taught easily).
