Best Practices
- If the product gets wet or dirty, leave to dry naturally before brushing or wiping afterwards
- Store away from artificial or direct head and light sources
- Store in dust bags or with boot or shoe trees to protect and maintain shape

CARE RECOMMENDATIONS
Once you've used them a bit, you can treat your shoes with either Suede & Nubuck Protector once a month or Liquiproof Premium Protector every couple of months – more often if you’re wearing them a lot.
Spray the Suede & Nubuck Protector lightly and sparingly from at least a foot away and leave to prove for an hour.
If you’re using Liquiproof Premium Protector, apply sparingly section by section, brushing it in with a soft brush until the suede has been covered.
CLEANING RECOMMENDATIONS
Not in the washing machine, please! Remove dried dirt or marked fibres using a soft suede brush, brushing in the direction of the suede. If it’s still dirty, use Liquiproof Eco Cleaner on light marks but dilute it heavily in warm water. If your boots get wet, leave them to dry naturally and brush. If anything else gets onto your boots (like a wine glass accident), soak it up immediately and then wipe over with a lightly damp, neutral-coloured microfibre cloth.

MAINTENANCE & STORAGE
Store your beautiful shoes away from heat, damp and direct sunlight. Where possible, store your shoes in their dustbags and blue box.
Rubber soles may wear down if worn frequently and/or whilst walking on surfaces such as concrete or stone flooring. The nubbed rubber sole of all our driving shoes may begin to show signs of flattening after use which is an expected characteristic of frequent love and wear. Depending on the gait of the wearer, frequency of use and type of use, this may appear more apparent in some cases but this will not affect the wearability of your shoes.
Our padded insoles are removable and replaceable to allow for use of your own as well as insole replacement which we generally advise after 6 months of use of your item. This means you can wear and love your item and be confident that, even if your insoles become worse for wear, your item will not. Please note that excess moisture that is retained in your footwear can accelerate the insoles coming loose in your shoe. Please contact our Customer Service team for more information regarding this.
