CLEANING RECOMMENDATIONS
Remove dried dirt or marked fibres by cleaning the area with a damp neutral coloured soft cloth and leave to dry naturally before brushing using a soft bristled suede brush in the direction of fibres.
Please note: not machine washable.

Store away from heat, damp, and direct sunlight.
Where possible, store in their dustbags and the blue box provided for additional protection.
Our Velvet Court Shoes and Heels are designed with a painted Rubber/Leather composite sole which may scuff if worn frequently and/or whilst walking on surfaces such as concrete or stone flooring. Depending on the gait of the wearer, frequency of use and type of use, this may appear more apparent in some cases but this will not affect the wearability of your shoes.
The padded insoles in our Court Shoes are removable and replaceable to allow for use of your own as well as insole replacement which we generally advise after 6 months of use of your item. This means you can wear and love your item and be confident that, even if your insoles become worse for wear, your item will not. Please note that excess moisture that is retained in your footwear can accelerate the insoles coming loose in your shoe. Please contact our Customer Service team for more information regarding this.
