Fairfax & Favor are renowned for their impeccable trade stands at all major events, and we are looking for Events Sales Assistants to join our ever-growing, friendly team across the country at multiple events. 

Directors Marcus Fairfax Fountaine and Felix Favor Parker’s love affair with the shows was born in 2013 on a quaint 3x3 meter stand at our local trade show. Over the last few years, Fairfax & Favor have grown from that small 3x3 meter stand in Holkham to an almighty 24 x 6 meter stand at the Game Fair 2023. 

The shows are back, and we are offering an exciting opportunity for you to continue growing and maintaining the high standards our customers come to expect in future trade shows.

Key responsibilities include:
• Offering impeccable Customer Service to our new and loyal customer that attend our stands,
• Assisting the events team in the set up and pack down of the trade stand,
• Ensuring the smooth handling of customer queries, 
• Cash handling, 
• Provide accurate product information to customers. 

Personal skills required:
• Over 18 years old;
• High work ethic;
• Passionate about their work and the Fairfax & Favor brand;
• Strong interpersonal skills;
• Impeccable Customer Service skills;
• Clean driving license;
• Enjoy working in a hands-on environment;
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.

Competitive wage ($200/day)

Hours: Seasonal ad hoc work between March – November. Due to the nature of the events calendar, weekend work and frequent overnight stays will be required.

Fairfax & Favor is looking for a Store Assistant to join our ever-growing, friendly team in our Marlow store in Buckinghamshire.

Established in 2013, Fairfax & Favor has grown into a multi-award-winning brand at the forefront of British Luxury Fashion. Founders Marcus Fairfax Fountaine & Felix Favor Parker strive to continue the organisation’s fun, dynamic culture as it grows.

Our coming soon store in Marlow is recruiting for a Store Assistant to help our wonderful customers face to face. May this be browsing or a more personal appointment experience, we require a friendly face to help with all customer needs.

Key responsibilities include:
• Welcoming and serving customers upon their arrival and during their visit
• Ensuring the store is always presentable
• Keeping the stock room tidy and free of obstructions
• Providing customers with up-to-date information about products
• Maintaining the store’s social media accounts in line with the company’s branding guidelines supplied by the Marketing Team.

Personal skills required:
• Over 18 years old
• High work ethic
• Loyal and committed to luxury retail work
• Passionate about their work
• Highly organised and a hands-on approach to working.

Further Information:

• Hours: Up to 37.5 Hours per week; between Monday to Sunday on a Rota basis.

With Fairfax & Favor dominating the online footwear market the decision to open physical stores was made. Get the chance to meet our amazing customers daily, to see all our new products before they are released and to be a part of our great team.  

Key responsibilities include:

• Welcoming and serving customers upon their arrival and during their visit
• Ensuring the store is always presentable
• Keeping the stock room tidy and free of obstructions
• Providing customers with up-to-date information about products

Personal skills required:

• Over 18 years old
